Welcome to Elvariquegolf. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your interactions with Elvariquegolf in connection with our golf lessons, golf simulation, swing analysis, club fitting, consultations, and related services.
By accessing our website, submitting a consultation request, making a service booking, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with a consultation or service booking. We strictly follow existing legislation applicable in Hong Kong, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance or the PDPO.

Elvariquegolf provides professional golfing solutions in Hong Kong. Our principal services include:

- Swing Analysis
- Club Fitting
Information about these services is provided on our website to help prospective clients understand their general purpose, features, and suitability. Website descriptions are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute an individual service plan, professional assessment, quotation, or confirmed booking.
The precise structure, duration, scope, and price of a service may depend on the individual client’s requirements and will be discussed during the consultation process.
2. Website Consultation Requests
Our website does not provide direct booking or online payment facilities for our golfing services. Selecting a service and reserving a consultation date and time through the website does not constitute a confirmed booking of that service.
The online consultation facility allows you to select an available date and time to meet with our team. You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted when requesting a consultation is complete and accurate.
Once a consultation has been arranged, you should attend our designated company or office location at the agreed time unless Elvariquegolf informs you of an alternative arrangement.
3. Consultation and Service Planning
During your consultation, an Elvariquegolf expert may discuss your objectives, current requirements, experience, preferences, and other relevant considerations. This enables us to recommend a suitable service arrangement and develop a structured plan where appropriate.
Recommendations may differ from the service initially considered by you if, following consultation, another approach is considered more appropriate for your stated objectives.
Following the consultation, we will provide a quotation based on the agreed or recommended service plan. You are under no obligation to proceed merely because you attended a consultation or received a quotation.
4. Confirming Your Service Booking
A service is considered booked only after you have accepted the applicable quotation and made full payment of the quoted amount.
At present, Elvariquegolf accepts cash payments only for service bookings. We do not accept website payments, card payments, digital wallet payments, or bank transfers for the initial purchase of services unless we expressly advise otherwise.
Payment must be made in full. A consultation appointment, verbal discussion, service recommendation, or quotation alone does not reserve a service session.
Once full payment has been received and the service date and time have been confirmed, your booking will become effective.
5. Pricing and Quotations
Service prices may vary according to factors such as the service selected, recommended plan, session requirements, duration, facilities involved, or other relevant considerations.
Any general pricing information displayed on our website, where applicable, should not be treated as a final personalized quotation unless expressly stated otherwise.
The amount communicated following your consultation will apply to the service plan covered by that quotation. If you subsequently request material changes to the service or its scope, we may issue a revised quotation.
6. Attending Your Session
Clients should arrive at the designated location at the confirmed date and time and follow reasonable instructions provided by our staff.
You are responsible for informing us of any relevant circumstances that could affect your safe or appropriate participation in a service. You should also use equipment and facilities responsibly and follow applicable safety instructions.
Elvariquegolf may refuse or discontinue participation where a person's conduct creates a reasonable safety concern, disrupts other clients or staff, causes damage to facilities or equipment, or otherwise makes continuation of the session inappropriate.
7. Booking Cancellations
If you have paid for a service but subsequently wish to cancel it, you must submit your cancellation request by email to plays@elvariquegolf.com.
Cancellation requests received at least 72 hours before the scheduled starting time of the session are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled booking.
Where a cancellation request is received less than 72 hours before the scheduled session, a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the amount paid will apply. The remaining 50% will be eligible for refund.
The timing of a cancellation request will be determined according to when the cancellation email is received by Elvariquegolf.
8. No-Shows
If you fail to attend your confirmed session without canceling it beforehand, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
A no-show results in automatic cancellation of the affected session, and the amount paid for that session will be non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for keeping track of their confirmed appointment dates and times. Failure to attend due to forgetting the booking or other personal circumstances does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
9. Refund Method and Processing
Where a refund is approved under these Terms and Conditions, Elvariquegolf can provide the applicable refund by bank transfer or cash, subject to the arrangements described below.
If you select a bank transfer, we will request the banking information reasonably necessary to process the refund. Approved bank-transfer refunds will normally be initiated within 24 hours of approval. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may additionally depend on the relevant financial institution.
You are responsible for providing accurate banking information. Elvariquegolf will handle banking details supplied for refund purposes in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
If you choose a cash refund, you will be required to visit our designated office location to collect the approved amount. We may request reasonable booking or identity information before releasing a cash refund to ensure that it is provided to the appropriate person.
10. Changes or Cancellations by Elvariquegolf
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may make it necessary for Elvariquegolf to change, postpone, or cancel a consultation or service session. Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to contact affected clients and provide an appropriate alternative arrangement.
Where Elvariquegolf cancels a paid service and an appropriate replacement arrangement cannot be agreed, the affected client will be entitled to a refund for the service canceled by Elvariquegolf.
11. Service Outcomes
Golf lessons, simulation sessions, swing analysis, and club fitting are designed to provide professional assistance based on the nature of the service selected and the information available to us.
Individual results may vary. Elvariquegolf does not guarantee a particular improvement in performance, handicap, competition result, swing characteristics, playing ability, or other specific outcome from participating in our services.
Club fitting recommendations are based on assessments conducted at the relevant time and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future playing performance.
12. Website Information
We aim to keep the information on our website useful and accurate. However, service descriptions, availability, facilities, processes, and other website information may be updated periodically.
Images, examples, and general descriptions are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. Elvariquegolf reserves the right to modify website content and service information where reasonably necessary without prior notice.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious technology, gain unauthorized access to restricted systems, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content belonging to Elvariquegolf, including written materials, branding, graphics, service descriptions, layouts, and original visual materials, is owned by or licensed to Elvariquegolf and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Hong Kong law.
To the extent permitted by law, Elvariquegolf will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Clients remain responsible for following safety instructions, using equipment appropriately, and providing accurate information relevant to their participation.
16. Changes to These Terms
Elvariquegolf may revise these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, operational procedures, payment arrangements, legal requirements, or website functionality.
The version made available on our website will apply to subsequent website use and transactions, subject to any rights already established under an existing confirmed booking.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, our website, or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
